    Sally offers expert, evidence-based nutritional guidance with a holistic approach. Her focus is on empowering clients through education and personalized care, considering the emotional and lifestyle factors that also impact health.

  • Absolutely! Our services are designed not only to address specific health concerns but also to promote overall wellness and prevent future issues. We offer guidance on nutrition for optimal health, tailored to your unique needs and life stage.

  • Though she specialises in women’s health, Sally’s services are not exclusive to women. She can help a wide range of people from a multitude of backgrounds and health conditions. All are welcome!

Services and Consultations

  • Sally provides medical nutrition care through telehealth, as an Accredited Practising Dietitian. She helps clients through a broad range of challenges, including chronic illness, pregnancy, infertility, ovarian health, menopause, and metabolic changes. Each service is tailored to support you through different stages of your health journey.

    We’ll find a time that works for you and provide all the information you need to prepare for your first meeting.

  • Not much at all! Just a device with an in-built camera or webcam, an internet connection, an email account and Zoom installed on your device. Plus yourself!

  • No referral is required to make a booking with Sally, just follow the step online!

  • If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please provide minimum 24 hours notice. Failure to do so (including failures to attend) will incur a fee of 50% of the consultation cost. It is understood that in exceptional circumstances, this may not be possible, and we are happy to make exceptions at such times.

  • Yes, safeguarding your privacy is our priority. Our sessions are entirely confidential, with video and audio communications securely accessible only to you and me. Any information shared and notes taken during your consultation are stored in secure practice management software and adhere to all Australian government privacy and security regulations. You are in a protected space here.

Nutrition and Health

  • A holistic approach means I look at the entire picture of your health, including physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors. I believe that proper nutrition is a cornerstone of wellness but must be integrated with other aspects of health for optimal results.

  • I am committed to staying at the forefront of nutritional science, regularly attending seminars, workshops, and reviewing current research to ensure my advice is grounded in the latest evidence.

  • To answer this simply, not at all! I will work on changes that are a priority to you and at a pace that suits you. I understand that change is hard and typically, the most helpful approach is to start small, and build on changes over a period of time. It is important to communicate with me if you are having trouble making a change as I can offer support, guidance and education to make the healthier choice the easier choice.

Billing and Insurance

  • There may be rebates available depending on your circumstances. Here is a general idea based on our standard rates:

    Private Health Fund: Rebates may apply if you have Dietetic cover within your policy.

    Medicare Care Plan: Consultations are billed at standard fees as above (Referrals are required)

    Medicare Rebate: A Medicare rebate of $58.30 per session applies
